For on-site information, contact Joe Parker in Boulder. With some notice, he could show you the property. Joe's phone is 435-335-7588. Lot 7 is currently fully approved by Boulder Town and available for sale and immediate building. We are interested in selling it quickly. It begins just north of the log house on the west side of Lower Boulder Road and wraps down the hill behind that house.

Price for lot six will be $16,000 per acre, to be set after development costs are fully assessed.

Lots 7-10 are slated for future development pending enough interest to sell them quickly after they are approved. These lots are elevated above the valley floor on an uplift called the Corntop.

We also have for sale 20 or up to 40 acres on the mesa to the west of Lower Boulder Road (see diagram). This piece of land can support two homes at the Mesa base, with most of the mesa being open space. It includes a saddle of slickrock deemed sacred by the Hopis. Price (March 2006) is $6500 per acre. This property will require a well or extension of the water line from Lower Boulder Road.
